Enrollment Information

We understand how it’s tough to afford health care when you don’t have insurance. In an effort to assist patients without insurance we offer our services at a reduced price to individuals with an income below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Qualifying for this program requires limited paperwork and proof of income; however, all Katy Trail patients receive the same expert care, no exceptions.
