Harbour Village is both a place and a concept developed by three community members: Care Connection for Aging Services, Katy Trail Community Health, and Pathways Behavioral Community Health. The partnership of the three organizations expands their impact by combining their resources, programs, and talents of several agencies into one location where people in the community can come together for assistance as well as social interaction.

The mission of Harbour Village is to improve the overall health and wellness of the Benton County region through integrated quality health, wellness, recreation, and care coordination provided at one location.

The goal of Harbour Village is to create a coordinated and integrated network of care that is person/family-centered and addresses the bi-psychosocial needs of individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on seniors.
