History

Katy Trail Community Health was founded in 1999 by concerned citizens who recognized the need for affordable care. We accept all health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and offer a sliding fee discount to eligible patients.

Philosophy

At Katy Trail Community Health, we believe everyone should have a health care home. A health care home is a location that delivers health care that is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally effective. We provide check-ups for preventative care, treatment for routine illnesses or injury, and monitoring and treatment of chronic health conditions.

We believe lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health play an important role in physical health, so we take a whole-body approach to wellness.
