Services
At Katy Trail Community Health, our physicians,
nurses and nurse practitioners provide:
• Family health care
• Preventative health screenings and adult immunizations
• Acute care for minor illness or injury
• Children’s care, including immunizations and well child checks
• Women’s health care, including family planning and annual gynecological exams.
We also help women obtain prenatal and obstetric care.
• Monitoring of diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases
• Mental health/counseling referrals
Referrals to medical specialists are given when needed. Emergency cases are referred to the Emergency Department at Bothwell Regional Health Center. Our health-care professionals provide prescriptions for discounted medication to our patients when necessary. Limited prescription assistance is available for those who qualify. Please ask us about qualifications for this program. Bi-lingual translators are available for patient assistance. Advance notice of this need is appreciated.
